I specialize in hand-tied extensions, balayage, and highlight.. 

I’ve taken many hours of training with Habit Salon and love getting inspired by colleagues and peers.

I love everything about hand-tied extensions! I have been certified in hand-tied extensions since 2019 and became an educator in 2019 through Platform Hair Extensions. 

Hair color is about enhancing your beauty! I have taken multiple hours of education with Habit Salon and keep up with all the latest trends!

Hello! My name is Ashley Boyd and I’m the owner of Brush & Bronze Parlour. Growing up I struggled with acne, so my thinking was, the tanner I am the better it hides my skin. Being young and naïve, I didn’t realize the damage it was doing to my skin. Skip to my late 20’s, that’s when I decided to find a healthier way to heal my skin rather than baking in the sun and tanning beds, I started wearing heavy sunscreen and hat anytime I was outside. I missed being tan and my face was so pale all the time. Now skip to my mid 30’s and that’s when so many of my friends were discussing how they’re having precancerous cells removed from their skin and staying out of the sun. This is when I decided I wanted to do something and provide a service to clients who love to be tan but want to get it in a healthy way. I did a lot of research, if I was going to do this, I wanted to be trained properly, I went to St. Louis and got my certification. My sisters are the owners of Revolve Hair Studios and graciously asked me if I would like to spray out of their salon. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. My number one goal each and every time my clients walk in my parlour is to make them feel comfortable in their skin. We as women are so hard on ourselves, myself include. So, the one and only rule is when you come to see me, you’re never allowed to apologize for how your body looks. We as women need to embrace our scars, stretch marks, the extra weight we carry and so on. I love being able to provide a service that helps women feel more confident, puts a pep in their step, and a smile that enhances their glow. I use a high-end vegan, gluten and cruelty free luxury solution that’s quick drying, smells good, and isn’t sticky. I provide a basic and rapid tan; all my tans include detailed prep instructions along with a prep spray to ensure your skin is clean and prepared for a beautiful natural looking tan! The relationships I have made since starting my business has been so incredible, I’ve made sweet friendships and I’m so excited to meet many more!
